The terms this service is offered on

Everything below describes what actually happens, not what a template would have said.

What the service does

It collects job postings from public job boards, reads the full description of each one with a model rather than the headline, and decides whether the role can genuinely be done from anywhere. It scores those roles against the CV text and preferences you provide, shows the results on your dashboard, and — on the paid plans — sends alerts by email and WhatsApp.

How your data is handled while it does that is on the privacy page, which is part of these terms.

What it does not promise

Your account

This service is for adults. You must be at least 18 to create an account. There is no age check at registration — that is a limitation, not a permission — and if it turns out an account belongs to someone under 18, tell us at the contact address and the account and its data will be deleted.

Plans and payment, as they actually work

There is no checkout on this site. The pricing page shows what each plan includes. Pressing the button on a paid plan does one thing: it records that you have asked for it. The operator then moves your account by hand, usually the same day, and arranges payment with you directly.

Because of that, there is no automatic billing, no subscription that renews itself, and nothing that can charge you without a conversation. Changing or stopping a plan is the same process in reverse — ask, and it is done.

The free plan has no time limit and is not a trial.

There is no automated checkout, no stored card and no automatic renewal. A paid plan is arranged by hand and stays in place until you ask for it to stop. If you have paid and want to stop, or you believe you were charged in error, email the contact address and it will be sorted out directly — including a refund of anything you paid for and did not use. Because nothing renews on its own, you cannot be billed for a period you did not agree to.

Ending it

You can stop using the service at any time, and you can ask for your data to be deleted at any time — see the privacy page for exactly what that removes and how to ask. Deleting your data ends the service for you, because your CV text is the only thing there is to match against.

Liability, stated honestly

This is a small service run by one person for a small fee or for nothing. It is offered in good faith and with real care about the things it claims — but it is not, and cannot be, insured against the consequences of a decision you take about your career. Please treat what it produces as research and a starting point, and check the original posting before you act.

Nothing here is intended to limit any right you have that cannot be limited by an agreement, and where local law gives you more than this page does, local law wins.

Which law applies

The operator is based in Sri Lanka and these terms are governed by Sri Lankan law, including the Personal Data Protection Act No. 9 of 2022.

That does not remove any rights you have where you live. This service is open worldwide and its whole premise is roles you can take from anywhere, so users elsewhere — including in the EU and the UK — are the intended audience, not an exception. Naming a governing law is not an opt-out from the protections that apply to you.

These terms and this policy are governed by the law of Sri Lanka, where the controller is based. That choice does not take away rights you have under the law of the country you are in. If you are in the EU or the UK, your data-protection rights apply regardless of what this page says, and the rights described here are intended to match them rather than to narrow them.

Changes to these terms

The date at the top is when this page last changed, and this page is the record. We do not promise to email you when it changes — email delivery on this service is not yet reliable, and a promise to notify that could not be kept would be worse than no promise.
